There are herbal tablets that can help reduce stress. I can't remember the brands right now, but your chemist should be able to advise you.
But make an appointment with your doctor, as your stress might be related to something specific, which can be dealt with and then your life will be a great deal better.
Sounds like your well on your way to a nice breakdown, always make time for your mental health or it will destroy you. When I'm stressed I jsut put some things on hold until I feel better.
You must try and get some 'me' time, even if it's just the odd snatched 15 minutes. Yoga is extremely good for de-sressing, if you could find the time to go to a few classes. Good luck
Do you have an old mattress? If not then buy a cheap one,stand it up against a wall and stab it with a knife. Sounds a bit extreme but it is such a great stress reliever!!

you have enough time to breath so do that, when your really getting stressed take a couple of really deep breaths, and why not have a nice long bath when you get home add some lavender to it and relax there,
make a stress ball...they are easy and fun to squeeze and throw at walls...i have to and thow them at walls when im stressed... you seed two ballons(different colours) and then get some rice and a freezer bag.....then put a handfull of rice in the freezer bag then tie it.put one of the ballons over it then cut off the end where you put you mouth..then you cut little holes in the other balloon and slide it over the ball...and there you have it...a releiving stress ball.have fun cos they are fun to make

I suffer really bad bouts of stress ... I have a stressful life..so I am constantly on the ceiling... I am not being in anyway corny or filthy - when I say that- an Orgasm - helps me relieve Stress/Tension ... If you don't want to go down the Alcohol/Drug route..or biting your nails or lips .

Get up early and take a walk, taking walks helps me when i'm stressed. Don't smoke, thats a bad way to releive stress. Don't get yourself down on the bad things in your life, just think of the good things and try hard to stay happy. Good luck!!
Find out what's stressing you out and do your best to try and resolve the situation, TALK it over with family or friends, but sometimes we need a "quick fix", don't we, so.....

Camomile tea. with rosemary or rosehips... This is a natural relaxant and helps relieve stress. Also, taken upon retiring for the night will help you sleep.
It also depends upon what is stressing you out. Is it your job... family situation... etc... Is it something you can do something about... talk to the boss or co-workers... or have a family meeting...
There's a lot you can do to help eliminate stressful situations... Above all, stay calm! Don't allow anything to "rile your feathers". Think things through clearly...
