bland foods (like saltine crackers) and clear sodas like ginger ale, 7up, sprite.these will help. NO DAIRY!! Lots of rest and liquids!

Peppermint tea is good, or licorice.
I use hot gingerale. I know it sounds a little odd, but I was given it in the hospital to help my upset stomach and I got real relief from it. Just heat some up in a mug until it is border line hot and sip. It actually tastes surprisingly good. Also I put a heating pad on my stomach.
Pepto bismol, or Imodium

you can try warm soda. what you do is get some soda pour it in a cup and let it warm up on the counter so it wont have any fizz in it either. you can try ginger ale. alka seltzer.
Prevention is best. Use good quality earmuffs.
