before you go to sleep apply a coating of vaseline to your feet and wear socks and in the morning you will wake up with baby soft feet works everytime . good luck .
Soak in warm, soapy water. Use a pumice stone to rub off dry skin. Rinse and dry well. Slather on a good moisturizer and put on some white cotton socks. Sleep that way. Do the moisturizer-sock thing every nite for at least a week. Your feet and heels will look like new.
When nothing else works for you, go to a farm feed srore and get a container of bag balm. It's thick, greasy, and has a strong smell of medicine, but it sure does work.
Give yourself a pedicure and then use a heel and foot cream. After applying the cream (best at night) cover your feet with terry socks.
