It's all a matter of personal preference. Some never touch it, others trim it with trimmers or scissors and still some shave it completely.
Be careful with shaving ~ it may cause irritation and severe itching when it comes back in.
I prefer my man trimmed close (not bald). It makes your "member" look a little bigger, also, lol!
Whatever you decide, please remember that no one wants to see pubic hair coming out of a pair of speedos at the beach.

Men can go their entire life without trimming their pubic hair. Some men will do so, but most will not.
its a preference thing. If its a jungle down there give it a trim. Don't shave all the way though, its itchy as hell and there's ingrown hair!
i like guys that shave or at least trim their pubic hair. if you don't feel comfortable shaving that's OK. i heard that boys who don't usually shave have sweaty balls. to me, sweaty balls are nasty. i think you should at least trim your pubic hair.
trim some of it down
If you tend to sweat a lot down there then its probably a good idea to trim, otherwise you could develope a yeast infection from the wetness.
Women often trim to the "bikini line" and its probably a good idea for men also if you intend to don one of those Speedo suits like the Europeans do.
