If the spots are accompanied by white lines/lacerations its herpes.

I would worry it sounds like Galloping Knob Rot, his willy might fall off. I would get it seen to as soon as possible. Could be a std, hopefully not from you, if someoneelse ??

Seek medical advice or hit search portals and look for the ailments with the appearing and similar symptoms. As such I have never got it honestly and don't think its just soemthing that pops up and vanishes in a same manner.
Maybe something he tried down there might have caused a side effects or maybe something you did could have triggered the 'spot'. Ring a bell?

You can get spots on your genitals in the same way that you can get spots on your face, body, back, arms, legs, feet, et cetera. If it's not causing pain, and isn't different looking to a normal spot, then it probably IS a normal spot. All the people that say it's an STD, and that he should go to the doctor are over-reacting.
Also, don't make a big deal about this. He might not act concerned but trust me that if there is something amiss with his penis he'll be incredibly concerned/embarassed about it. Don't perpetuate the problem by over-reacting.
if the spots are white and small, its probably fordyce's spot.
if the lumps are red and like the size of a dime of a lil smaller, it could be herpes.
