Difference between BandAid and BandAge?

I thought it was band aid not bandage...but I heard people say both. So whats the difference?

Answer:
Difference is "id" and "ge"
bandAid is a brand name of bandages
I think bandage is the generic term, and BandAid is one brand name!
id and ge ..lol kidding I think band aid is the kind u buy and are usually brown but coul dhave mickey mouse or whatever on them and bandage is the white kind you wrap on and tape
Band-aid, the little one that are sticky and cover small amounts of area. Bandage, the ones that wrap, probably the older term, used before band-aids came about.
I think anyway :)
A band aid is just what you think it is. A bandage is when you wrap a wound with gauze use tape to secure it.
A bandaid is a brand of bandages.
Bandaid is the name brand of a bandage. Sometimes people will say bandage meaning that it covers a larger area.
a bandaid is a single packed multi sized protective covering well a bandage is a long roll of sticky tape usually applied in layers.
A bandaid is smaller and has sticky stuff that sticks to your skin, like for a cut on your finger. Bandages are for bigger wounds, they don't stick, you usually wrap them around your body part, or tape them on.
