Did timothy leary really never administer a 'bad [lsd] trip'?

Is it true, that while timothy Leary was working for Harvard and administering LSD for the purpose of study, and keeping records, he never administered a bad trip? objective answers only please. Ff you can provide me an objective answer I don't mind hearing your opinion on the subject, but first and foremost give me an objective answer to this question.

So called "bad trips" were usually the result in contamination in the carriers used for delivering the drugs. Leary's research was extensive and some of the people (including himself) took amounts of LSD that would be shocking to most and yet full blood work failed to ever show a level of toxicity in the LSD itself...again the carriers could be toxic.

If you have people watching over you and making you feel comfortable while you're on lsd because they're studying you... I'm sure it wouldn't be a bad trip
