Does anyone know if there is a fruit or herb I can take to raise my seratonin levels?
*Note- I am pregnant, and no that is not why I am depressed or stressed, I am dealing with the loss of a family member dramatic changes in income, as well as a few other huge stressors. But due to the pregnancy there are somethings I can't do- I am also on bed rest, no walking

laughter is the best medicine, i know you dont have much to laugh at right now.. but get a funny vidio of a funny book or while you are bed resting close your eyes and remember back to the funniest things that have happened to you it will lift your spirits. with you not eating wont help you or baby try a cup of tea and a dry biscuit. sometimes even chocolate can be good when depressed. good luck and happy thoughts
If you are pregnant, don't take anything (fruit, herb or whatever) w/o your OB's approval.
My best advice is to exercise.
