Depressed and down??

i always seem to feel really down but i dont know why can any one help ?

Answer:
I know the feeling, been on antidepressiants and therapy.
Going to the gym seems to help a little, as well as going out on nice days and just taking a walk.
Sometimes it could be you feel like your bored of life or just dont do much, like sit home all the time.Get out and try something new , yoga can also help you.
Try talking to someone before it gets worse. Even if its not a professional, just talking to family or friends can help. You need to find what is making you sad and talk it out.

If you always feel depressed, in spite of no outside influences, I highly recommend you at least get some type of counseling, either professional, or someone you trust, who is older and may have had similar experiences.

Agree with previous answers, talking to someone and working out both help. If neither of those help within a week, then go see your doctor.
THere are usually hidden reason..things you are chosing not to deal with, that cause the depression. But it can also be a chemical imbablance in your brain. you are not producing enough serotonin, or you are not absorbing it correctly up there.
Some things that can help, besides therapy and antidepressants are:
Exercise. on a regular basis. 3 - 5 times perweek, 30 minutes or more per day...increase as you go.
Mutivitamin
extra B-6 and B-12
Omega-3's (Fish oil pills or mackerel, salmon, anchovy.)
Sunlight...15 minutes a day
avoid sugar, caffeine and alcohol

You should talk to your doctor, if you can...its possible you are deficient in some type of nutrient. many deficiencies can cause depression.
go out and have fun!

try and talk to someone about it before it gets any worse! it doesn't have to be a doctor, it can be anyone you trust!
