You can't touch your ear drum, so the bump ought to be somewhere else. Either an insect bite, or probably you are scratching your ear which causes its skin to be hurt, or a pimple.
Don't touch it, just clean it and forget it, I guess it won't take long till it gets better.

This could be a cause for concern. But first where anatomically speaking do you think your eardrum is. You can't physically touch your eardrum with your finger (to deep in the aural canal), however if you are touching it with a q-tip it would hurt even if you didn't have anything wrong with it. You need to see your doctor immediately because the bleeding could be caused by anything as small as irritation or as serious as a rupture in the tissue or increased inter-cranial pressure. Call your medical practitioner ASAP.
