Dr.'s plese help!?

I am having cramps... the worse I have ever had. My flow is low but my cramps are killing me. I have tried everything... asprin, hot bath, hetting pad. I am also throwing up. Is there anything I can do!

Answer:
Maybe it is not your period. Maybe you are sick or something. If I was you, I would go see a doctor though to see what is wrong.
The vomiting could be caused by the pain, but then again, it might not be. You may have some clots in your uterus that are trying to make their way out, but you could also have a myriad of other problems...ectopic pregnancy is the first thing that comes to my mind. There's no way for anyone to diagnose you online...so I would put in a quick call to your gynecologist for some better ideas (ideally an appointment).

Best of luck!
You have something more than just cramps going on. You need to go to the ER.

You could have TSS, an ectopic pregnancy….the list is long and only the ER doctor can tell you for sure.
Tylenol - not going to help with menstrual cramps. Try ibuprofen for that.

Beyond that, if you are having that severe of cramps, and you are throwing up, perhaps you should go see your OBGYN.. There may be something wrong.

Sometimes birth control can help with severe menstrual symptoms, my doctor put me on them (I have some problems). Meanwhile, drink lots of water and make an appt. with your doctor.
See your gynecologist, you may be at an early pregnancy. Check-out this website : http://ezinearticles.com/?very-early-sig... this website quotes from #6-#9 as follows:

"6. Cramping - the uterus can contract often and regularly. Moving around, exercise and orgasm all can trigger uterine cramping in early pregnancy.

7. Nausea - morning sickness is the name given to feeling nauseated when pregnant. Of the 10 pregnancy signs, only about half of pregnant women experience nausea, and feeling nauseated can happen any time of the day or night.

8. Tender Nipples and Breasts - one of the very early signs of pregnancy is a feeling of tenderness in the breasts and nipples. The good news is that these feelings of tenderness go away as the body becomes accustomed to the new hormone levels.

9. Darker Areolas - the area around the nipples becomes darker as early as one week after conception. The bumps on the areolas may look more prominent."
Congrats or just go swimming in the pool, it will be very relaxing, and may reduce the cramps...etc. keep active...
