Does rhinoplasty (nose surgery) hurt?

I want to remove a HUGE bump I have on my nose, but i'm worried that rhinoplasty might hurt a lot and im a wimp about things hurting or feeling too sensitive and aches. I'm also worried about the general anesthesia that i heard hurt a lot when done throught the wrist or the opposite side of the wrist. Will it hurt for a long time after the surgery? Please help from people that have had it and realy know about it.

Answer:
no the general anesthesia will not hurt u...it will juz keep u unconcious while the operation.however when u com back from the anesthesia effect then u will feel dizzy but that wont hurt u at all.
i never had any kind of surgery before but i know that after every surgery u will feel hurt for few hours.n believe me thats natural.u juz have to distact urself whenever u feel pain after the surgery.u will have to swallow few medicines after that surgery in that medicines doctors will also keep pain killers.so u dont have to worry about it.n remember that once u get through the surgery u will look more different...n i guess that will be good for u.
does a paper cut hurt you and how long does it hurt.guess what, the cut is much more and healing takes longer. good thing you will be medicated though. can you suffer some temporary pain just so you can feel so wonderful when you look in the mirror every morning after the pain.
Rhinoplasty surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
