Does lysol really kill germs. I heard that it didn't?

Answer:
only 99%
It is very good at killing green squirrels!
What? You don't believe the tv commercials? That could get you on the CIA watch list.

Of course Lysol kills germs. You just have to knock em on the head with the can and wufffff they are done like dinner.
my sister is a micro-biologist turned pharmist who HATES HATES germs, (even the ones that are good for u). We have a list of bacterial killing products on my fridgerator that was appoved by her. Lysol is one of them
I think that it doesn't work if you spray it into the air, that's what some other brands are claiming. You have to spray lysol directly on the surface for at least 3 seconds for it to be completely effective.
