Well i was always cold and i am a big girl and i told the doctor who thought it was funny to bring up the fact my weight should keep me warm , well i told the nurse who said she would take some blood turned out my GP was laughing at me for all the wrong reasons and i was diagnosed with an under active thyroid ! talk to your GP if you think there is a problem ...
I've been like this for a while now but I thought it might be a side effect of my medication. I used to love the sun but since last year I can't seem to tolerate it ,and when its cooler I'm cold.

Yes - I have an intolerance to heat. Getting chucked on a fire right narks me.
This is maybe something you should be seeking advice about from your GP because they will be able to have a better idea of your medical history and run some tests.

Looking at one of the answers, I noticed that someone said that this was a problem for them and they had an underactive thyroid. I have the same and hate being over hot. Again, this has only happenned in the last couple of years.
In the summer, I have one of those quick set pools and last year, lived in it - bliss!!
Go to your doctor and get checked out. It could be something as simple as that.
