Does anyone know of a non drowsy pain killer you can get over the counter at che

Having trouble coping with painful toothaches & cannot see a dentist for a week. Need a pain killer I can take during the day at work that is strong but won't put me to sleep.

Answer:
try rubbing orajel on your gums instead
or take ibrupofen (sp?)
8 hour tylenol or BC powder works.. but the best thing for you to do in your toothache situation is to brush your teeth really good.. and swish around some very warm (as warm as you can stand it) salt water in your mouth on the side it hurts. Then put some toothache gel (Orajel maximum strength) on it. Hope ya feel better soon =)
definatly use the orajel, but if its like the toothache I had before, I had to talk to my regular doctor, and they got me a small (like 10 pill) perscription for vicodin. Feel free to talk to a pharmasist and ask what they would recomend!
Start drinking distilled water and when your teeth hurt wash your mouth out with distilled water. The pain will start getting less.
