Answer:
You may have some kind of illness. Get yourself checked out by a doctor.
But constant sleeping is a sign of depression. You could be depressed and not recognize it. Check out the other symptoms of depression, for instance: loss of interest in friends or usual activities; eating less or more; feelings of hopelessness.
There are more symptoms. If you have them, you'd be better off getting some help. It's not healthy for anyone to sleep all the time unless they're really really sick. See a psychiatrist and get on some medication so you can go back to living an active life. You deserve it.
Good luck.
chronic tiredness, along with excessive thirst and urination, can be indicative of diabetes. Not trying to scare you, but you may wish to check it out.
You might try a multi vitamin. Stay away from cokes try juice and water and try a 20 to 30 minute nap at lunch assuming you get an hour you will be amazed at how much that helps. I work outside and I always felt tired. I read an article in Time I think about how some companies in other countries are having a 20 minute nap in the middle of the day and its improving their work preformance. My advice is make you lunch the night before and make sure it something simple that you can eat and go. I call them Power Naps.
Check your Thyroid levels. My friend used to be tired all the time. Her doctor prescribed iron supplements and B12 injections(5 injections spread out over an year) It helped for a while, that did not last long. another doctor did some tests and found out that her thyroid levels were low. So he prescribed Synthyroid for her. That helped. She also took B vitamins with that. You could also check your thyroid levels.
It could also be Chronic fatigue symptom. check with your doctor.
