There are specialist clinics, (expensive) or just go to your regular doctor, or a psychiatrist, but say that you don't want any amphetamine related medication, and will be checking it out at www.drugs.com first, because some doctors have too cozy a relationship with psychopharmaceutical companies, who offer various incentives. A psychologist would be better, because they don't prescribe themselves, so are more likely to be independent, but this will involve extra costs (less than a clinic).
