Does anyone else have leg cramps while on xanax?

I have been having problems lately with cramps in different areas of my legs, and have seen online that withdrawal can cause cramping. I am on 1mg three times a day, and have been for several years. I was on 1mg four times a day, but really did not want to go that high. I noticed that these are occuring when its getting close to my next dose. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

online help will not do much for you, you need to call the doctor or even the drug store and talk to them about this -- a professional with help you work thru the anxiety you are having about this situation

I wish I could help. I have taken Xanax off and on for over 10 years. Heavy doses and mild ones. I have never had leg cramps. A friend of mine was allowed to abuse it, by a bad doctor. She went cold turkey and had other withdrawals but no leg cramps.
