Answer:
The come down can last a lifetime ... many of my friends that have tried it had bad experiences including me.
Here's a few:
-Bursting their bladder
-Back problems (since ecstacy eats the stuff beetween the bones in your spine that holds them together)
-Low or zero seratonin levels in your brain (seratonin is produced naturally by our brains and ecstacy boosts this level and can sometimes deplete it. Seratonin is what makes us feel happiness and pleasure)
-Vision problems like blurred vision or sensitivity to light (that is the one i have and my doctor told me it was from the chemicals they use to cut the ecstacy with)
I don't recommend the drug ... smoke weed instead it is a lot more natural and when used only once in awhile (like on weekends or social events) has no come down or side effects. Good luck :)
How about not taking drugs that destroys your brain cells by the billions? Too hard to understand, obviously. Sheesh!
Stop taking it, then you won't have to worry about the after effects. Drugs Kill!!
Of course everyone will tell you don't take it at all, but you it's safer to tell you what you can do to reduce the comedown feelings because the ways you can are good for you.
First of all, stay hydrated all night,, drink at least a 8-16 oz per hour while you are rolling, try to eat a little something if you can, preferably fruit.
The most essential thing is to get sleep and don't try to squeeze a little more fun out of the night, after 6-8 hours the really nice effects are gone, and the longer you stay up the worse you will feel physically and mentally. 5-HTP will help you sleep, as will melatonin if it is still dark outside,,, don't plan on doing anything the next day...
there is no amazing cure to the comedown effects, just things that might mask them, treat yourself well and sanely (i.e. eat drink, rest, stay happy) and realize that there truely are downsides to recreational narcotics. Honestly and accuartely analzying your situation will lead to a much better experience
