No. Did you hear the theme? Paranoia, and people accusing and out to get you. That is psychotic thinking. Also, did you notice the visual, auditory and olfactory hallucinations?
You might be confusing this with simple negative self-talk, not actually hearing someone as if they are saying things to you as in with schizophrenia.
But you know the things you hear in your head aren't real. Schitzophreniacs hear things in their head and don't know that they aren't real. To them they're just as real as a person actually standing right there in front of them.

if your meds are working right you shoudn't be hearing anything in your head. or at the least you should only be hearing a very soft sound of voices. i have to freguently have to ask my husband if he hears anything because i,m never sure. i had a major hallucination when i went into the hospital for something that had nothing to do with my schizophrenia. normal people do not hear things in their heads or see things that aren't there. this is totally not normal. if you are experiecing these things you need to talk to your doctor for help.
