When I was younger life seemed very stressful at times but the older I have got I have learnt not to take life seriously at all. I take care of my responsibility's but there is no way I am going to loose sleep worrying about the past or the future.
Of course it is, you have responsibilities about your job, family, etc, this is stress. You have to be on time, this is stress. You have to accomplish your job, this is stress. You have to encounter people and manage your relationships, this is stress, you have to.. OK, I think your question might be: "Do you think life can be without stress?"!
Of course it can be stressful at times. And the older and more you get into a career and life all sorts of pressures and tension comes from all over. You start getting trouble from work, some pressure from home, and just the daily routine in general. But that's just life. You just gotta keep your two feet firmly planted and just gotta role on.
But you can cope with stress by just hanging loose or especially when you have something to live for, something to keep your head straight and keep you thinking clearly. You have to find something, being with the girlfriend, family, friend, recreation. You just need something that keeps a balance between daily life and just living.
