Do you think I have some type of mental disorder?

There are several things that happen to me often that make me think I might have some kind of disorder. For example: I was on a train today and there was a young male conductor in his twenties. He was very attractive in my opinion but I knew that I would have no chance with him on several accounts. First, there was about a 7 year age difference. (my age is off on my account. Plus i'm guessing on his age) Since I knew this was the only time I would most likely ever see him. I started to worry about the train ride ending, and not seing him again. So I incospicuously tried to take a couple of pictures of him. (I know i will never see him again). Then after the ride had ended and i returned home, I got very deressed over the thought of never seing him again. I felt as if he was someone that was a huge part of my life. I couldn't stop thinking about him. I soon lost interest in things that were once a large part of my life, and my outlook on life turned verry grim and hasnt imporved. HELP!

Answer:
As crazy as I may sound.. Yes, it has effected you, but why? Maybe something deep inside you is telling you that this person is a huge part of your life? If something like that happened to me, I would definately try to find him again and see why I felt that way. Cause don't you kinda think that sounds like fate telling you that you went the wrong way?
you might.

go to a doctor
A lot of times people think they have a mental disorder, and without realizing, start doing stuff to validate to themselves that they truly do have a mental disorder. do you sincerely truly believe that your outlook on life is very 'grim'? I think maybe you liked this guy a lot, maybe unusually so, and you know that it's majorly weird. But to call it a 'Disorder' is too much, and plus putting yourself in that box is just setting yourself for problems.

Enjoy the pictures...add ur own stories to them in ur head to make it a fun memory...but enjoy the current reality of your life rather than romanticizing impossible things. otherwise you're def setting urself up for failure.
If you are truly confused, you should check in with a therapist.
this is LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT..dont worry u will find him again..and i think when u meet him next time you should tell all the feeling u have.
i think you are a little compulsive. you may need to talk to your dr about paxil, its good for social disorders. i dont think you are nuts, just maybe stressed or a little compulsive and depressed. nothing that cant be fixed.
The short and sweet go see a Doctor (head) now. You might have a obsessive compulsion disorder.
Spend more time reading .get a hobby.
First off, if this happens all the time, yes you have a problem. But if it only happens every once in a while, you may just have a psychic ability. But for the sadness part, I would suggest seeing a therapist, just to be safe.
I think you should go on that train to find him if he means that much to you age doesn`t matter.
The only thing that matters is your happines do what makes you happy don`t hesitate
your probably just depressed. and maybe somewhere downinside you felt like he was the lone of your life. don't worry your not crazy or anything
The guy that is your third answerer. Is anything but friendly. He's been making such threats to women. So I reported him. Now, he's made the biggest mistake of his life. He threatened ME!! I think this is actually just some Punk Kid, living at home with mommy & daddy. And doesn't under-stand how stupid it is to make threats to someone, On-Line.
..Well, his Mommy & Daddy are gonna find out, real soon! But I suggest you Block his account form seeing your answers. He only answers womens questions. And does it in a threatening manner. Please consider this a real threat. The Authorities certainly are.
