Yes on a daily basis. I just end up banging my head against a wall, then I wonder where the migraines come from. Life's tough when one has mental health problems. Often get no sympathy and are told to "get over it". Grrr.
I do it in my car when no ones around (you don't wanna scare anybody) or scream into a pillow. That always makes me feel better!
Yes, all the time. It feels quite good sometimes, just to get everything out. Yell into a pillow. It helps and you end up laughing sometimes because it looks silly.

I don't know how to answer this appart from saying, yes most often...and why not? As long as you don't disturb others there's no harm in letting out emotions, even if that is screaming! Better out than bottled up inside!

You don't need to let the whole world know about it but screaming out anger is like a good cry - or a good storm - it clears the air. I sometimes go out into the countryside in the early morning and scream - knackers my vocal chords, gives the singing birds something to think about but makes me feel great.
(The birds and other little creatures don't pass any judgement on you like humans do - they don't seem to mind too much!)
stand under a train bridge and scream when it goes past you will feel better!
yeah i feel like screaming really loudly but I'm usually in a public place such as town and cant scream without people thinking something is wrong..so i find myself screaming inside which probably isn't healthy but it feels good
yes, many a time. i have done it before and it actually made me feel worse so i no longer do it.
