it doesn't matter if you are muslim,christian, jewish,or don't believe in any religion at all. you have a sexuak problem that you recognize as such. you may need to go to a droup for sexual help like i went to a group for help with a drinking and drug help. there are group out there that are just like aa groups. usually if you call a local hospital they can tell you if they have such a group or who might have one that you can go to. they are anonymous groups where only first names are used. nothing more is asked about you except that you name your probably. give it a try and may GOD give you strength and courage to over come your problem.

if you look it up on the web than stay away from the computer. When you get into a mood start working out or get occupied into something else. If you did sit ups instead of every time you watched porno, well think about how nice your abs would be right now ; )
Go cold turkey. Take away any and all sorts of pron outside of you home. Also take away things that remind you of porn. Everyday is a step at a time, the harder you work towards it the easier it would be to get over it.
