My 8 year old son had a condition called "encopresis". It started out as being mild constipation, and then as it got worse, he was afraid of using the bathroom. It can also be associated with environmental stress.

If you holld it in it will back up in ur body and posion u, eventually kill u in a short period of time.
I don't have a fear just a hate of using public restrooms for going number 2. Contact on a toilet seat with my naked azz
thinking some dirt bag was sitting there before let alone having any toilet water splash back makes me feel very uneasy.
It's just something I can only feel comfortable doing at home.

I think most people with that phobia have more of a fear of the toilet rather than the act of taking a crap itself. They may fear snakes coming up and biting them in the rear or spiders biting their butts. No one can hold it in but people with this phobia probably have alot of anxiety when visiting the pot.
