aCTUALLY YES MY GIRLFRIND ANDIARE TALKING AND I NEED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM
don't be so scared, i had this problem too although that happened to me when i was 9 and right after i came to the united states. I'd always get this queezy feeling (can't discribe it it's like someone is choking my heart) and i'd get dizzy and feel like throwing up.
The depression and anxiety will go away if you stop thinking about it too much and try to be social as much as possible, took me a while because of the language barrier.
The one important thing is to not worry about it so much. Try to think about all the good sides of live, maybe a good old memory? or maybe talk to a friend or a trusted adult about this. If it does get really bad though, go to a therapist.
Listen, you are not going to die, that is a huge misconception that most sufferers feel. You will be fine and you can work through this. you just really have to decide how you want to do it and really commit. I would advise going to see a professional, but stay away from meds. This is not a permenant situation. you can and will get better, you just have to be ready to work at it.
Dont go to a proffesional. They pump you up on drugs till your eyes bleed. Just go do something. Fix what bothering you. Its all physcological. Try getting laid, that helps everything.
Yes I believe you should see a therapist especially since it runs in your family. There are many medications to help balance our lives today.Take advantage of them and live a full happy life.
