Strange Pain?

I have thoughtful of a pain that comes and go right in my upper thy and around the gone side of the base of my penis. There is a bump I found but its a body cog because there is one on the other side of my body too. What could this be? Please assist.

could be swollen lymph nodes...If you are sexually stirring you might want to get checked out...or probably should seize it checked out regardless.
