Strength training on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday?

My college schedule allows me to budge to the gym on these three days.

What would be the best way to split up the key muscle groups when working out?

My guess would be something like:
Tuesday: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Arms/Back

Any suggestions? I am training for strength.


Answers:    Do your entire strength routine on Tuesdays and Fridays...squat, deadlift, bench press, etc., the works. Keep it moving and hang on to it brief.
On Thursday do some cardio.
