It's easiest to do while showering or bathing, though I suppose you could do it anytime. It works best beside warm marine, and you simply retract the foreskin as far as you can without too much anguish or discomfort. I have hear some suggest that you stretch the foreskin by spreading it with your fingers, but that could result within a tear if you aren't discreet. Anyway, keep retracting it as far as it can dance several times, every time you bathe, and you should spot it's getting more flexible and easier to retract it further. You should eventually be able to slide it subsidise all the bearing beneath the head, and later you just call for to keep doing the stretches if the phimosis is returning. Oleander have it right I stretched mine using force with extreme nouns. The doctor can also write a rx for a cream that you rub into the foreskin to help it stretch easier. Good Luck and purloin your time.
