hi..i am 21 and i used to do pushups only until that time last yr...but few days ago i took free weights and practiced DEADLIFTS. since i be careless, i have serious lower back injury. afterwards after doing a lot of hyperextensions i recovered somehow. in a minute i dont wanna take weightiness anymore before i turn 30 but still wanna built a honest upper back. any suggestion plz..
