Testicle anguish?

my right testicles has a fully clad amount of pain, especially when i touch it, the aching is also in my stomach nouns, like i be kicked in the ball. i have a lump on it, i go to the doctor, and had an ultra nouns and the tests come back next to no problems.

this lump is weird, it seem like its going to disappear and afterwards it starts to hurt again and gets big and my testicle seem to get harder. consequently in a few days or so it go down.

what could this be? i am thinking about going hindmost to the doctor about this.
