Testicle Problem?

I am male 13 years and I notice that my left testicle is harder than the other when I touch it. Also when I squeeze both near the same strength I discern gradual pain on the moved out one but not on the right testicle. In general when I stress it (by sitting, trousers e.t.c) I grain this light throbbing on my left testicle. The situation is not worsening. Could you please hand over me an advice of what to do and if it's something serious?
