It "should" be as big as it IS. You entered puberty really early. I assume your doctor is following your growth to be sure nothing is wrong. If your overall growth (height and weight) are following normal patterns, your penis should continue to grow as you do, throughout your teens. I guess a 12 year old's penis can be anywhere from 2.5 to 4 inches, typically, depending on how big the rest of you is.
