Once it happened, it wasn't immediate, but they were within a minute or two of one another. Just like you said, the planets must have aligned just perfectly. It was during oral sex, and after the first one, I knew a second one would occur (I don't know how, I just felt like it would) so I asked my partner to continue and she did, and there it was. It was awesome, too. Never happened since.
