Not a guy but I find girls with pretty, symmetrical faces pretty and girls who arent to thin or too large; (5'0"-5'4") is an ideal height for a girl in my opinion. Curvy in all the right places , not too slim...basically slightly thick but curvy in all the right places ...(I also like a nice curved in waist/back) and I also like that stomach shape bellydancers have. hourglass or pear-shaped. I like a tanned body better because color just makes their skin and body look better, but not too much tanning I hate that..especially when the tan is darker than their hair. oh yea, and confidence.
btw, this is from a girls perspective and btw i am also straight but this is what I find nice in a girl.

a bitt sharp but not too long chin
face shape is hard to say-but anything a skinny tall girl might have
hair can be any natuaral color (ex. brunnte, blond, redhead or black) shoulder length BUT tied up or in ponytail
her body must be skinny, tall ( must match my height, im 6.1 so she around 5.10-6.0) and a small waist
her as is small yet tight, **** are small but not too small (they are perfectly proportinal to her height and bodt stuctue)
