Answer:
lots of hard cardio along with many side crunches and a low calorie diet will help you get there...stay real ;)
You need to lose weight. Spot training or core exercises will not remove fat any quicker than other methods of weight loss. You can build muscle at the same time as you remove fat, but the best way to get rid of those handles is to diet and do aerobic exercise.
Minimize fat in your diet. Whatever you think is an acceptable level of fat for a diet cut in half. Avoid alcohol for a while (that really puts it on where you are trying to lose). A diet does not count unless you try.
It will also take a LONG TIME. You lose fat along your extremities first and that belly or side fat is the last to go.
My advice, take up running or play hockey.
It does eventually come off, but you have to diet, exercise, and work hard to get your body how you want it.
exercise
exercise all the time, you need to count your calories and carbs too. No more pastas, hamburgers, steaks, sweats, bread, ribs or anything like that. You need to eat salads, fruit and lots of vegetables. Drink lots of water. You need to really want it.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
side bends, work your obliques
dont eat as much JUNK!
