"Very small" is a matter of an oppinion. Of course an overgrown and fat 6 foot 7 dude is going to say he is very small, and by comparison, he is. Based on studies, 5 foot 9 inches is the "average" height of an American man, but that doesn't exactly mean very much since considering "average" is just a medium. I am 5 foot 8, and most men I come into contact with in public are much taller than me, most of them at around 6 feet tall. You can find more information about the phrase "average" somewhere else, but it might not be what you think it means.
Anyway, 5 foot 7 is definetly smaller than the majority of men(and so am I at only an inch taller), but... Not THAT much shorter. The weight on the other hand is pretty skinny, especially by comparison to all of the overweight and obese people in America. He's definetly a little man, no question. 5'5 and under is real tiny though dude.

He could be a little shorter than norm, the median height for a man is around 5'9". I, myself, come in a little shorter at 5'8"... a weight of 135 lbs is a little on the low side, but nothing to worry about at the height of 5'7". Granted, he could weigh about 15 lbs more; however, none of us are made perfectly.
