Gun Question?

I seen this on TV one time. This white dude was driving in a bad neighbor hood and every time he drives in a bad neighbor he puts out his glock out of his black mini suitcase and put the glock on his lap. And the camera guy was filming him and he was like everytime I feel that i'm in a bad neighbor hood I will pull this out on my lap. Now people can you get in trouble if someone else does this? And I also heard that you can walk with a gun on the street but you have to get into some things at the police station is this true? Sorry for my grammer. But only when you're life is in danger.

Answer:
As answered before, it all depends upon what state you live in.

Some states forbid the open carrying of firearms, other do not. In some states, concealing the firearm while in a car (on your person, or within the passanger compartment) is a crime, in others it's perfectly legal.

You'll hear people say that if you carry a firearm openly, you'll be hassled by the police. Again, in some states that's probably true. In others, not so much.

Best thing to do is educate yourself on local and state laws.
if you are concealing the weapon then it is illegal and also you have to have a handgun permit to carry a weapon, you have to gothrough the classes and training for this
It differs state to state. Check the local laws for your state, most places, to carry a gun, you need a concealed weapons permit.
The majority of the states have conceal/carry permits so check your state and see what you have to do to get one. Most of them make you take a class or training before they will issue a conceal carry permit.
Even if you have a permit, certain businesses and government offices will post a sign that weapons are not permitted on their premises.
Know what the local guidelines are and follow them. It's the only way to make conceal/carry work and be safe.
Different states, different things. While this might be ok in say Texas, I know for a fact that NJ will not tolerate it. You need to check with the state that you live in and with any other state that you might want to have the gun with you.
You lost me sorry, Check with your local law enforcement for more information
