I was circumcised when i was 19, and after the first day my bandages were off. But i did experience a little bleeding, although nothing severe. Just stick to the pain medication, and try to keep your mind out of the gutter. For me it took maybe 3 weeks until i was back to regular sexual activities. You'll be all right.
i don't know what to say a little bleeding is normal and of course it's going to hurt since you are much older
