Get Muscles? ( will select best answer)?

Whats the best way to get big upper arm and biceps muscles fast? Also when I work out at the gym, I feel embarressed by other "bigger and stronger" people looking at me ( only 13) any tips?

Answer:
In that case maybe you should bring the gym.. home.
Than you can workout in the privacy and comfort of your home. Also the more reps you do the bigger you are likely to get but don't over work yourself try and do a different muscle everyday. Also eat lots of proten And don't forget to drink plenty of water
Good Luck ;D
workout
ok, I know your going to think WTF!?? but seriously, go to a cheerleading allstar team and stunt. to stunt means to throw a girl in the air. It takes TONS of muscle to hole someone in the air and you can gain a lot of muscke really fast. Your probably thinkg that boys who are cheerleaders are gay but I can name 6 off the top of my head that I know and they are NOT gay. OR you can tumble, guys who tuble have AMAZING muscles. or you can do it the hard way and work out.

at least check out this video.

Keep working out don't give up. Remember those guys did not get develop3ed overnight. It takes persistence and courage to keep going
Sorry, my arm girth is not probably far from yours.

If you want to just really show the guns, then concentrate on your biceps and triceps. This means putting these muscle groups first during your workouts.

For biceps, there are the concentration curl, alternating standing/seated curl and cable flexes. Barbell curls and preacher curls are probably the best.

For triceps, there are the skull crushers (lying triceps press) , one arm/ two arm triceps press and dips. Most of the guys with big upper arms really have big triceps (triceps is bigger than biceps.) [That is the secret, to make your triceps big.]

The drawback to this is that you cannot concentrate on your chest and back since you will be exhausting your arms first.

For the completeness of the topic, there are 3 things you need to consider: your workout, nutrition and rest.

PS. When you work out, why do you bother with other people?
Use compound movements, such as rows and pullups. Most upper back exercises will also benefit your biceps. Same with chest/triceps. You should rarely, if ever, do isolation movements involving only one muscle group, as these were designed by bodybuiders who already have a very strong base to work with. I recommend using a pre-made workout plan, as most beginners are not knowledgeable enough to create their own. Do an internet search for the Mark Ripptoes' beginner workout if you want a good one
Well if you want to get a lot bigger you need to shock your muscles into thinking they need extra growth.
Recent studies show that to increase size you should do 3-5 sets of about 10-15 reps. Make the last rep the one that you can hardly lift by yourself.

As a general rule upper back exercises (pulling exercises) will work your biceps as well, and chest exercises (pushing exercises) will work your triceps as well. Don't under estimate how valuable these exercises are. Make sure you alternate between biceps and triceps exercises so that allow them time to rest.

Once you have completed other exercises that use biceps and triceps you should isolate them and work them individually.

Its also usually a good idea to do some cardio, as any extra fat loss will also get them to look much bigger.
