Gaining weight and muscle mass?

i'm 18, 6 foot 1 and weight only less than 70 kilos. Just wondering how I could gain some muscle mass. Are there any supplements I can take, so I wont be so thin.

Answer:
I'm 6'3" and 5 years ago I was only 167 lbs with 13" arms and other embarrassing measurements. Now I am 240 lbs with only 8% body fat. It requires a serious change in nutrition, sleeping patterns, exercise type and overall life style. I read tons a finally found a website that gives quality results. try scrawny to brawny program (look it up) If you cant afford that email me and I'll help you.
Chances are, no. It really depends on your genetics.
Try Whey Isolate protein. Nothing else because other things are unhealthy, and supplements are generally unheathy and unnecessary.
Ensure (a drink), it helps people gain weight, lift, workout as in push ups, sit ups, etc.
forget the supplements. You need to eat more real foods.
healthy foods- don't load up on the sugars, and chocolates and high sodium starchy things that your body craves. Lean meats, fish, dark green veggies, chicken, almonds, peanuts, the list goes on. To Gain weight safely without gaining fat you should talk to your doctor about seeing a Registered Dietitian for proper nutritional needs.

Don't take the "easy" way.. you are young enough to get into a good eating routine that will keep you healthy and fit for the rest of your life.
