Dischage, odour.?

i am 15, almost 16, and have never had sex. However, for several years i have had a terrible discharge, odour, and smelly urine. I really want to get better, but i am scaired to see a doctor. if i see a doctor, will i have to show them my vagina? what could i have? i have to wear a panyliner every day, or it will look like a peed. i cant stand this, and its getting me really depressed. please, someone help me.

Answer:
I would go see your doctor. They will want to hear about your symptoms way before they look down there also may ask for a urine sample. Honey,..even if the doctor does need to look down there, please don't worry! You don't have to keep living with what is going on now so go in and get checked. Thankfully you know you don't have an STD! ( good for you!) The sooner you go see your doctor, the sooner your problem can get taken care of.
All the best sweetie. = )
better see a doctor- before all your insides fall out!
Discharge is normal nut it should not have an offensive odor and u shouldn't have to wear a panty liner everyday. Please go see you dr right awy. It may be an infection that will be cured easily?!
The bottom line is that you need to see a doctor. No ifs, ands or buts.
I cannot imagine anyone else here would tell you anything different.
u really need to see a doctor it sounds like some kinda infection and yes u will have to show them ur vagina it will be ok so if u want to get better u need to see a dr ASAP .
put on deodorant
definitely need to go see a doctor. You may have to let them see your vagina, but so what? eventually you'll have to do that once a year anyway, at the gynecologist. sounds like you could have a yeast infection, or something.
You NEED to see a doctor, and yes, you'll have to show them your 'vagina' ... in fact, you'll have a 'speculum' inserted into it to be sure that you are 'healthy' inside ... the 'discharge' and foul odor could be just your 'natural juices' or it could be because of an infection ... and you don't want an 'infection' now to stop you from being able to have babies someday ... and EVERY WOMAN has to have these 'exams' and the doctor isn't going to do anything but HELP YOU and give you GOOD ADVICE on what to do about your discharge and 'odour' ...
I am 18 and just had my 1st Pap Smear... IT WAS TOTALLY NOT BAD. you should really go because if you have a UTI (urinary tract infection) or something more serious it could be doing serious, possibly permenent damage to you. Dont worry its really not bad... a little embarssing, but not bad. Also, you have to remember they are a doctor... they see it everyday and they have seen MUCH worse then what you have. But definetly go.
My sister had this same problem and she is 17, she is also a virgin, and she had gotten this problem checked out and had found out that your just producing more bacteria than usual. It's not serious, and it's very common.
You definitely need to see a doctor about this ASAP. Some discharge is normal but a bad odor is not. It could just be a normal odor that you are smelling that just seems bad to you but it's always better to be sure. Many diseases of your reproductive system can cause infertility if they are left untreated for too long. So please see a doctor. You may have to have a pelvic exam, but at 15, if you are already menstruating you are about due for your first one anyway. It's really not as bad as you think. Gynecologists see vaginas everyday, that's their job. So don't feel embarrassed that they will see yours. You will feel much better once you have seen a doctor and know whether or not anything is wrong. Talk to your parents to schedule an appointment as soon as possible so you can stop worrying. Good luck!
Sounds like a definite yeast infection to me. There are over the counter products out there, but try eating yogurt everyday. It chases away that funky bacteria and will keep it away. Your pee is probably smelly cuz you need to drink more water. In a couple days you should see your urine lighter colored also.
You do have a problem requiring medical treatment, and yes, it's very scary. However, it's quite likely you caught this from a public facility, perhaps a gym or pool. You don't have symptoms of a life-threatening ailment.

Remember: grown-up women see gynelcologists once a year--more, if they have a baby. They get used to it.

But it's very important that you take charge of your own body--including your feminine parts.

Get online and find yourself a nice FEMALE gynecologist. It will usually be much less traumatic that way.

You may need to talk to one or the other of your parents--whichever one you're more comfortable with. If you can't do that, you might want to see your high school counselor or school nurse and tell him or her about it, or talk to another responsible adult who can talk to your parent or gaurdian.
