Diet and weight loss?

any tips on exercise (however u spell it) and 4 dieting? im doing crunches and sit ups to tighten my abs and belly. and im following a diet that is healthy and safe, but i need more tips... plz help!

Add some aerobic exercise like jogging or doing some exercise DVDs at home. Just spot training (the abs) alone won't help you lose weight overall, that's why you need some aerobic exercise.
Try lifting weights, not alot like guys would. I had a weight bench at one time and would do leg lifts, butterflies for arms and breasts and whatever else you can think of. It really makes your body look good. People can not believe what I weigh (if I go to the doctor), because I've got it "packed" in good. And no I dont have big muscles, I'm soft in all the right places.
