To be a HEALTHY skinny, what weight should I be if:
AGE: 16
GENDER: F
HEIGHT: 5'3"

small frame : 100 to 120
medium frame : 110 to 130
large frame : 120 to 140
Some races are built different and that should be taken into account as well as breast size and genetics.
well i dont go for paris hilton skinny so i would say a toned 115-125

it doesnt only depend on your age and height, it depends on your BMI [body mass index] and your muscle to fat percentage. If you're physically thin, but you think you weight to much, just remember that muscle weighs 3 times more than fat! So if you're an athelete, you're not going to be 110 or something like that. I'd say anywhere between 115-130 is a healthy area for you.
