You are not to young. I would have a professional do it though. I does hurt way more than an eyebrow wax but it is not unbearable. I don't know about others but once you start doing a wax you should keep it up. When your hair grows out it will tend to itch quite a bit but that is just my personal experience.
ur not too young.. im 16 and i do it myself.. it hurts a whole lot worse than eye brows because the hair follicle is thicker and when you rip the hair out it tears the skin around it a bit and it will bleed but just wipe it off and then it looks great lol.. it may have bled on me because i done it myself lol but idk
