I would get short of breath and a tight feeling in my throat like I couldn't breathe and it tuns out it was due to stress and panic attacks. This may not be your problem, but you should ask your doctor about it.
I have been doing yoga and this has taught me the value of stopping for a minute and forcing myself to take several deep inhales and exhales. It always passes and I feel better afterwords.
But until you know its not just stress, makes sure its not medical problem.

thats crazy the same exact thing keeps happening to me..like its been hard for me to ctach my breath lately.i dont know why but i think i may just be breathing wrong.
