The first thing she should do is refuse to do this. She should not have to change for her future husband unless SHE is unhappy with her body and wants to do these things. If she is content with her body the way it is then her fiance needs to either except her as she is for who she is or they should never get married.

I agree... her husband to be sounds like a jerk. If it's an ultimatum or demand, I'd say she should leave him as it probably won't stop until she gets liposuction.
Tell her to not marry him. If he doesn't like her the way she is, why did he ask her to marry him? (It is possible that her breast size will increase slightly, since they don't stop growing until you are in your 20s)
