Cramps vs stomch ache?

i havent had my period yet byt im expeiriencing pain in my lower abdominalans and back...how can you tell the diffference between cramps and a tummy ache

Answer:
cramps tend to be below the belly button, if you haven't had your period yet you could be getting it soon, if you have had white boogery discharge for a few months, & breast development has taken place for a year & a half to 2 years then you might be getting your period soon
well it's really hard to explain the difference but a stomach ache shouldn't make your back hurt and if it is cramps then you will know it because the pain will be really low...at the bottom of your stomach
a cramp is when your stomach contracts for a minute, like a stich you get from running, a tummy ache is a constant aching feeling that doesn't stop till you take something for it.
The back pain could be from standing for long periods, you might just need to rest or go to the doctor if it gets worst.
Cramps hurt close to your genitals
If the pain stays more than 3 days, see a doctor.but try an advice nurse in your health center they can help you a lot.
Cramps are different for everyone. Cramps can go from the lower abdomen all the way down to your thighs. Your muscles are tighting and heat will make them feel better. Muscles in your back can also be affected by your cramps and tighten and hurt. A stomach ache is usually just as it states... an ache. It is a sore feeling that one gets in their tummy. A twisting wrenching feeling can also be felt during a tummy ache.
