Do you still have your appendix?? If you do, this could be what's causing the problem. Or it could be a kidney infection. Or it could be gas. Or it could be uterine perforation (I had this with my IUD).
Frankly, the only person who can tell you is a doctor. The rest of us are just speculating. Get it checked out!
You should see a private doctor or go to the hospital before it gets worse
You could have a cyst, pregnany, or infection. Go to your doctor. IUDs are associated with an increased risk of infection and a friend of mine got pregnant with 2 of her children while an IUD was in place!
Go and get it checked out.
There are a few things it could be including
Infection
Kidney infection
Kidney stone
Appendicitis
and the list goes on
Go to the hospital Emergency Dept as soon as possible.
You need to go in. If you are in pain then something isn't right and you need to be checked out. Complications from an IUD can lead to losing your uterus.
