go to the doc right now!!! It sounds like a tubal pregnancy and if it burst it could kill you. Tubal pregnancy do not show on pregnancy test. My sister had the same signs you do and the doctor had to do a procedure right away. If the pregnancy is to far along you have to have an operation. See a doctor today.
Sounds entirely possible. Give it a couple of days and take a test again.
It could be a miscarriage. They happen a lot and most people (like me) don't know that's what it is. Don't be surprised that when your period does come, there is more clotting than usual.
Go to the doctor ASAP. I had the same symptoms and took a test which was negative. I went to the ER and had to have emergency surgery. I had an eptopic pregnacy (pregnant in my fallopian tubes). Very serious condition that could leave to death if untreated. It also could be tumors.

the cramping and no bleeding is no joke,,,
have you changed your eating habits sometimes, diets can change your menstrual cycle,
you dont say how old you are,,, because it also could be early signs of menopause.
